Nicole Smith was born in London, ON. She loved music even at an early age. At the age of five, she sang "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" for her mother's women's group.

Nicole has been involved in worship for over 20 years, from singing on albums to leading worship at conferences. She has worked with some of the major worship leaders in the Christian music industry and is recognized as one of the regular worship leaders at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship.

In 2005, Nicole released a joint album with Kelley Warren Augi entitled, "You are Beautiful". That album has become a favourite with soaking centres all over the world and is one of T.A.C.F's top selling albums.

In August 2008, Nicole released her first solo CD titled, "Secret Place". Many of the songs are originals that were co-written with musician Jason Scuse and acclaimed producer Robert Critchley. The album is an expression of Nicole's desire to see the body of Christ drawn into the secret presence of the Lord and be changed by the revelation of His great love for us.
